What is the turnaround time?
We strive for 24 hour turnaround time from the time we receive your pictures and video.
What do I include?
Special moments in life, pictures that capture your loved ones personality. Pictures of there awards, prized possession, pets, ect. If you have short video clips those can be included also.
You can also add a picture of the unique way they signed a card.
Can you add music?
We have a music library of 3000 songs, we will do our best to get songs that you request. For a 10 minute video, we would add about 3 songs.
How do I get my video and other items
We can deliver to the location that is handling the arrangements or to you home within a 25 mile radius of Itasca IL
I am out of the delivery area what now?
It is no problem if you are outside of the 25 mile delivery radius, we will substitute the poster board with regular poster paper and overnight delivery those to you. They will come rolled in a tube, so they will need to be placed in a frame to display, we can assist in framing options being sent to you. Please keep the shipping time in mind when ordering.
