Instructions

Please choose a Background and Verse (Links are provided by option box and menu above)

Background pictures will have a number beginning with K (Use the Knumber of the picture as your choice)

Verses are numbered (Use the number of the verse as your choice)

Use the Drop-Down menu to select your choice of Background and Verse by clicking on the arrow and then click the appropriate choice. There is a space provided to enter your own Verse if you choose that option.

Choose the packages you want in the same way. Make sure you type in how many of each package you want in the QTY space (if you only want 1 then type in 1). Do this for each package. You may choose up to four different packages and an unlimited amount of each that you choose.

The prices for each package is in the description of the package and a total will appear, as you make your choices, in the Order Total box (just click in the Order Total box if you don't see a total, if you still don't see a total you may have not entered a QTY).

Be sure to fill in all required information so we can properly process your order. After you have filled in all the information, including payment method and information, and made your Background and Verse selections click the Submit Online Order button. If you did not fill in required information you will be notified. After you click the Submit Online Order button you will be sent to a completion page with instructions on ways to submit the photo you want to use to create the Keepsake Tribute.

With every new order you will receive one year free hosting of your Tribute on our Online Memorial Gallery. You can also prepay additional years by selecting the additional years you want to prepay on the order form below. Save 40% by prepaying 5 years!

If you want us to host a Tribute and don't have one we have a special hosting package were we will create the Tribute Online for you and host it for 5 years at a special low price.

If you select PayPal as your payment choice a separate window will appear after your click the Submit Online Order button with a link to PayPal. When you click this link your order information will be sent to PayPal and you will be sent to the PayPal website (you must have an account with PayPal to use this option). After you login all your order information and order total will be displayed and you will be asked to complete the transaction. Don't forget to look at our completion page, after your transaction is complete with PayPal, for information on ways to submit the photo you want to use to create the Keepsake Tribute.
